Prepaid accounts support text requests and embeddings. Coding agents need a separate standalone gateway because the current prepaid API rejects tools and stored response continuation. Customer BYOK uses the same restrictions.
To let an assistant manage your ZRouter account, connect the account MCP server. MCP management works separately from routing the assistant's model requests.
